About Continental Country Club

Continental Country Club is a gated, resident-owned 55+ active adult golf community of 964 homes located in Wildwood, Florida — on Highway 44 between Wildwood and Leesburg, just 10 minutes from the I-75/Highway 44 interchange.

Residents own both their home and the land beneath it: a deeded real estate purchase, not a lot lease. Average HOA fees run approximately $361 per month.

The Golf

The centerpiece of CCC is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course — the very first course ever designed by renowned architect Ron Garl, opened in 1972. The course plays approximately 6,461 yards from the back tees and 5,425 yards from the forward tees, with concrete cart paths throughout and fairways lined by moss-draped Florida oaks.

The club operates as semi-private, welcoming public play while preserving a genuine private-club experience for residents. On-site amenities include a driving range, putting green, fully stocked pro shop, and the Stephen Wresh Golf Academy. Four resident golf associations — 9-Hole Men's, 18-Hole Men's, 9-Hole Ladies', and 18-Hole Ladies' — provide organized weekly play for every pace and skill level. Select homes convey with a Charter Golf Share.
